Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic getaway at the Last Drop Village. The spa facilities were wonderful, particularly the hydrotherapy pool. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special, though we did face some hiccups with room allocations for our family birthday celebration. Overall, the experience was relaxing and enjoyable, but there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail, especially regarding large group bookings.
My stay at The Last Drop was quite a mixed bag. While I appreciated the beautiful surroundings and some friendly staff members, the room I received was not what I had booked and was in dire need of updating. The dining experience was far from ideal, with several disappointing aspects. Overall, unfortunately, it felt like I paid too much for what I received.
I had high hopes for our spa weekend but was left feeling very disappointed. While the spa treatments were fine and the dining experience was great, the service fell short, particularly with check-in and room issues. Overall, it lacked the relaxation I was hoping for, and I can't see myself recommending it until improvements are made.
I had a memorable experience at this spa hotel, enjoying the superb spa facilities and delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, but the breakfast didn't quite live up to the rest of the offerings. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway, but a few hiccups with meal quality need attention.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially enjoying the spa treatments and the infinity pool, which were fantastic. The staff made my sister's birthday celebration extra special with thoughtful touches. However, the dining experience was lacking due to a mix-up with our lunch and a confusing bar service. Overall, I'd definitely return for the great spa experience and warm hospitality.
